    • Selected for a 6-month secondment to South East Asia after just 14 months, where I worked in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong on due diligences and Asia-focused strategies for global asset management and private equity funds.
    Project Highlights:
    • Digital transformation for a telecommunications company. I set up the pilot team, redesigning and digitalising the target customer journey and working with our designer to prototype part of the new digital experience. I also organised and prepared Agile training, which was rolled out to 100+ of their employees (including the CEO). I also helped transform their Data Insights process & tools. My team was on track to deliver £35M+ savings (>£25M above target) and the program was extended to cover the entire customer journey.
    • ‘Agile at Scale’ transformation at a consumer product company. I was embedded in a new client team, coaching Agile and designing materials including their global Agile ambition. New product development was reduced from 18 to 6 months, while customer and retailer feedback improved. They have since scaled the program globally.
    • Post-acquisition integration management for two sportswear brands. I was responsible for building and tracking the redundancy process, working closely with the client’s leadership to create a strong team, while realising synergy targets set by the board. The successful integration set the stage for the $1 billion acquisition of the company later that year.

    • Procurement cost savings for an international Corporate IT company. Benchmarked current spend and developed saving strategies that were taken forward by the VP of Global Procurement to achieve in-year savings.
    • Sales strategy and digital dashboard creation (Alteryx and Tableau) for a UK logistics company . Also created sales decks and pipeline optimisation strategies for potential & existing clients.
    • Global Supply Chain transformation for a luxury fashion brand. Inventory forecasting, operating model redesign and project management.

Outside of project work, I sit on the Social Impact Committee, recommending and approving office pro-bono projects and advertising opportunities within the office. On top of this, I volunteer on our Social Business Incubator team, previously designing a strategy to increase the reach and engagement of a large educational social enterprise. I am also involved with our ‘Counter Narrative’ project, a campaign with the Home Office, Facebook and other PR, digital marketing agencies and law firms across the EU to promote anti-extremist initiatives.
