Outside of project work, I sit on the Social Impact Committee, recommending and approving office pro-bono projects and advertising opportunities within the office. On top of this, I volunteer on our Social Business Incubator team, previously designing a strategy to increase the reach and engagement of a large educational social enterprise. I am also involved with our ‘Counter Narrative’ project, a campaign with the Home Office, Facebook and other PR, digital marketing agencies and law firms across the EU to promote anti-extremist initiatives.

Planned & implemented 2 marketing campaigns to improve the company’s online presence.
Wrote a strategy report analysing popular posts and newsletters, recommending how to improve online customer engagement & suggesting a staff involvement plan. Resulted in a 236% increase in social media activity over 3 months.
Exhibition Work 2012-2013
Planned and implemented a PR event at a national exhibition. This involved designing and running a competition, in conjunction with British Virgin Island Tourist Office, to obtain marketing leads. It resulted in 376 new subscribers to the e-newsletter, all potential customers.
Office Assistant 2011-2012
Summer job including updating the website, preparing bespoke travel documentation packs and working with clients and suppliers over e-mail and phone.
Chalet Host 2012-2013
Austria
Managed a luxury ski chalet for 5 months, including writing and cooking menus, cleaning and looking after VIP guests during their stay. I established good relationships with all the clients and achieved 100% return bookings for the next season.
Very client based job which required constant professionalism and the ability to socialise and form relationships almost immediately. I lived and worked with another chalet manager, as well as the owner, which required close teamwork at all times. Problem solving and adaptability were key, as we were expected to be able to deal with any issues facing our clients.

BSc Psychology 2013-2016 - First Class Honours
My 1st year essay on Cognitive Psychology was top scoring in the year and published online as a model essay.
As part of my final year, I completed an independent research project into the judgement of conflicting and ambiguous expert opinions, which involving writing a computer program in Python, analysing statistics in SPSS and writing a 6,000 word scientific paper for possible publication. I was awarded 72% for this project.
I also sat as General Counsel on the PsychSoc committee in my final year, organising social events and careers talks for students.

'University Society of the Year 2015': National Undergraduate Employability Awards
The society aims to help students to gain experience, internships & graduate jobs in consulting.
In my role as President, I organised workshops, events and talks with a wide range of consulting firms, as well as leading weekly application help sessions (CV, Cover Letter and Case Interview practice) for our 1,100+ members.
I also arranged the inaugural Strategy & Digital Consultancy Evening, an exclusive networking & panel event with 5 leading consulting firms.
I was also involved in the hosting of the first ‘Bristol Women in Business and Law Conference’ in collaboration with three other Bristol societies.
Finally, I coordinated an Internal Case Study Competition, giving our members the opportunity to practice case studies in real time and to meet other budding consultants.
